Figure 49.  Airborne GAMMA flight line plan for the North Park Study Area. Each line is 9-km long, in 28 parallel series of three lines each. The spacing between each series is 1-km. All flight lines begin and end at the yellow horizontal lines. The lines will be flown "lawnmower" style, with all red line series flown from west to east, then backtracking to fly all blue line series east to west. This allows a comfortable turning radius for the aircraft. Flight tests of these lines in early April, 2001 indicated strong count statistics for all lines.
